<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Carolyn S. Reeves, a single person, of Kuester's Lake, R.F.D. #3,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, Debtor, for the purpose of securing the payment of
<br />$40,000.00, and interest at 10% per annum, computed upon the unpaid principal
<br />balance, according to a bond described as follows:

<br />upon Lot Seven (7), having a lake front footage of 86 feet, situated on
<br />the East side of the West portion of Koester Lake, and being a part of the
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EPISWF') in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska a /k /a A tract of land
<br />in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EjSWy) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska said tract being the property occupied by the residence
<br />known as #62 Kuester's Lake, said tract being more particularly described
<br />as follows: with reference to the Northeast Corner of said East Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (EiSW), (center of Said Section Thirteen (13); thence
