-s <br />$6- 103107 <br />FIFTH: If my son, Vermoine Wiese, is not living at the time o£ ' <br />my,death and the death of my wife, Linda Wiese, whichever occurs last <br />and if he should die without leaving descendants, either issue or <br />legally adopted, then the provisions made for him shall lapse and the! <br />real estate and personal propecLy he would have received under the <br />provisions of this Will, if living, shall pass and descend to my four' <br />daughters, share and share alike. If any of my children are not <br />living at the time of my death but leave descendants surviving, eithel <br />issue or legally adopted, the share that such child of mine would havi <br />received if living shall not lapse but shall pass and descend to his <br />descendants by right of representation. <br />SIXTH: Should any federal.estate tax be assessed against my <br />estate such tax shall be prorated among the beneficiaries under the <br />provisions of the laws of the State of Nebraska pertaining to pro- <br />ration.
