ARTHUR WIESE OCT 161970 I, Arthur Wiese, of R.F.D., Grand Island, Hall-, which I declare to be my domicile, do herewith make, publishC%W JUWk declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made, in manner and form as follows: FIRST: I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts, expenses of last illness, funeral expenses and any expert - ses incidental to the administration of my estate as soon after my death as can conveniently be done. SECOND: If my wife, Linda Wiese, shall survive me, then I give,! and devise any real property owned by me at the time of my death, i together with all buildings and other improvements erected thereon and all appurtenances thereto, to my said wife, to have and to hold the same during her life. Upon the death of my said wife, or upon her prior release of the! life estate given to her hereunder as hereinafter provided, I give and devise said real property to my son, Vermoine Wiese. i I X I authorize and empower my said wife, unless she shall have I released her life estate as provided herein, to lease all or any party of such real property for any period of time and although any such period may extend beyond her life or beyond the date when she may release her life estate, without application to any Court; and in connection with any such lease to enter into any covenants or agree- ments relating to the property so leased or to any improvements then or thereafter erected thereon.< Should my wife at any time decide that she no longer desires to retain the life estate given to her hereunder, she may release such life estate by instrument in writing duly acknowledged and delivered to the persons who become entitled to said real property under the above provisions of this Clause upon the execution of such release. I direct that my said wife shall be entitled to full possession of the premises without the requirement of giving any bond or other security in connection with the life estate given to her hereunder and that she shall not be liable for waste or depreciation. My Executor shall have no obligations with respect to said real property and my said wife shall keep the said property adequately insured against loss or damage by fire, shall pay all insurance premiums, taxes and assessments and shall maintain and keep the said property in good condition and repair. THIRD: If my wife, Linda Wiese, shall survive me, then I also j give, devise and bequeath to her all personal property owned by me at the time of my death and remaining after payment of the items set I forth in the FIRST paragraph, to have and to hold the same forever. FOURTH: If my wife, Linda Wiese, does not survive me, then in addition to the real estate devised to my son, Vermoine Wiese, I also give and devise to him any and all machinery owned by me at the time of my death and all other property owned by me I give, devise and bequeath to my four daughters, Leone Bullis, Verna Moehling, Ahlene Findley and Lavonne Nadine Wissing, in equal shares and share and share alike.
