86� 102420 <br />i� (a) By reason of the injury to person or property, <br />I from whatever cause, while in or on the farm <br />or in any way connected with the farm or with <br />the improvements or personal property in or on <br />the farm, including any liability for injury <br />to the person or personal property of the <br />Tenants, their agents, officers or employees; <br />(b) By reason of any work performed on the farm <br />or materials furnished to the farm at the <br />instance or request of the Tenants, their <br />agents or employees; <br />(c) By reason of the Tenants' failure to perform <br />any provision of this Lease or to comply with <br />any requirement imposed on them or on the farm <br />by any duly authorized governmental agency <br />or political subdivision; <br />(d) Because of the Tenants' failure or inability <br />to pay as they become due any obligations <br />incurred by them in the agricultural or <br />other operations to be conducted by them <br />on the farm. <br />6. Owners Agree That: <br />(1) They will pay all taxes on said property. <br />(2) If they should sell or otherwise transfer the farm, <br />they will do so subject to the provisions of this Lease. <br />7. It Is Mutually Agreed That: <br />(1) If it is impracticable in any year, from causes <br />beyond the Tenants' control, to grow the crops according to this <br />Lease, appropriate adjustment will be worked out by the parties. <br />(2) Time is of the essence of this Lease. <br />(3) This Lease shall not be deemed to give rise to a <br />partnership relation, and neither the Owners nor the Tenants shall <br />have the authority to obligate the other without prior written <br />consent. <br />(4) The terms of this Lease shall apply to the heirs, <br />personal representatives, successors and assigns of both Owners <br />and Tenants in like manner as to the original parties. However, <br />in the event this Lease is for more than one (1) year, the heirs <br />or personal representatives of the deceased party shall have the <br />option to give written notice of termination effective at the end <br />of the lease year in which death occurs. <br />-3- <br />l� <br />I { <br />J <br />h <br />�'I <br />
