86- 1019U8 <br />ASSIGNMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in consideration of <br />entering into a Modification and Extension Agreement in respect <br />to a Mortgage Note dated September 26, 1984, as previously <br />extended and modified pursuant to a Modification and Extension <br />Agreement dated November 14, 1985, with a remaining principal sum <br />due of One Hundred Forty -One Thousand Five Hundred Forty -Eight <br />and 97/100 Dollars ($141,548.97), the terms of which are incorpo- <br />rated herein by this reference, the undersigned, KENNETH B. KNOX <br />and MARILYN M. KNOX, husband and wife, "Assignors ", hereby <br />assign, transfer and set over to THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, a national banking corporation, "Assignee ", all of <br />their right, title and interest in and to a certain Lease Agree- <br />ment and Personal Guarantee, as well as any causes of action the <br />undersigned may have in respect thereto by reason of default in. <br />the performance of such Lease Agreement and Personal Guarantee, <br />in respect to that real estate described as: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the South- <br />west Quarter (NW }SW}), also known as part of <br />Lot Four (4) Island in Section Twenty -Seven <br />(27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, <br />Hail County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point Four Hundred Eight and <br />Seventy -Seven Hundredths (408.77) feet South <br />of the Northwest corner of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Town- <br />ship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />thence running Easterly and parallel to the <br />northerly line of the said Southwest Quarter <br />a distance of Four Hundred Thirty -Three Feet <br />(433'); thence Southerly and parallel to the <br />West line of said Southwest Quarter a distance <br />of Two Hundred Forty Feet (240'); thence <br />Westerly and parallel to the Northerly line <br />of said Southwest Quarter for a distance of <br />Four Hundred Thirty -Three Feet (433'); thence <br />Northerly along the East line of South Locust <br />Street for a distance of Two Hundred Forty <br />Feet (240') to the place of beginning; <br />bearing the date of April 17, 1981, whereby Assignors are leasing <br />such real estate to N Double C, Inc., hereby intending to assign <br />all of the undersigneds' rights to receive payments of rent as <br />remain owing to them pursuant to the terms of that Lease Agree- <br />ment, as well as any rights to action in respect to the Personal <br />Guarantee of such rents. <br />-1- <br />LM!: <br />L L � <br />
