That the decedent was the joint owner of the personal property described at lteb►s 1 through 29 in the Inventory and said property being United States Savings Bonds and savings accounts in Home Federal Savings & Loan Association, Grand Island, Nebraska, are hereby set over to the surviving joint tenants or payable to the beneficiary named therein on the date of the death of the decedent or held by the decedent as Trustee for said beneficiaries. 6. That the time fixed for filing claims against said estate has expired and notice of the time and place of hearing on said claims has been given to all interested persons as provided by law; that all claims filed against said estate have been allowed and paid and an order heretofore entered barring any and all other claims. 7. That said estate has been appraised for Inheritance Tax purposes and the amount of tax owing paid and a receipt for the g same filed with the Court; that upon the executor filing re- ceipts for all expenditures and distribution in accordance with the terms of said Will, he should be discharged and relieved f� of his trust. IT IS, THEREI'ORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT AS FOLLOWS: 1. That said Final Report and Petition For Final Settle - ment is hereby approved and allowed. 2.
