KING, Deceased. ) - — — — — — — — — — — — — — —( T� NOW on this Zd day of May, 1970, being the date set for hearing on the Final Report and Petition For Final Settlement, this matter came on for hearing and after an examination of the files and records and being fully advised in the matter, the Court finds as follows: 1. That said Final Report and Petition for Final Settle- ment is true and correct and should be approved and allowed. 2. That the decedent died testate on November 13, 1969, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and left surviving as her sole and only heirs -at -law, her sisters, Hazel Simpson, Doris Dubbs and Iona Bly, and her brothers, Harold Bly 'and Bob Bly, and Robert L. Peery, residuary legatee and devisee. 3. That the decedent was the owner of the real property described as Lot Fifteen (15), Block Twenty -three (23), College Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which property was devised to Robert L. Peery for his lifetime and upon his death to Doris Dubbs, sister of the decedent, for.and during the term of her natural lifetime, and upon the termination of said life estates, the remainder to Hazel Simpson, Iona Bly, Harold Bly and Bob Bly, in equal shares to each. 4. That the decedent was the owner of the personal property described in the Inventory, which was bequeathed to Robert L. Peery, absolutely, and all of said personal property, including the balance on hand as shown in said Final Report, after pay- ment of costs of administration and Inheritance Tax, is herebN, assigned and set over to him absolutely. mi
