F 101049 (60.0) Feet to the northwest corner of sai§6Lot One (1); thence running southerly along and upon the west line of said Lot One (1) a distance of One Hundred Seventy Five and Three Hundredths (175.03) Feet to the point of beginning and contain- ing 3.570 acres more or less; desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is located within Hall County, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the Hall County Board of Supervisors for accep- tance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Fireside Interstate Second Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such sub- division, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commis- sion and the County Board of Supervisors to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the streets to the use of the public and of easements to public utilities. In consid- eration of the acceptance of the plat of said Fireside Interstate Plaza Second Subdivision, the subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, as follows: Paving of Juergen Road. The improvement of the north 126 feet of Juergen Road within this subdivision is hereby waived until such time that such road is officially dedicated and under improvement north of and immediately adjacent to the subdivision or whenever an accessory building is placed on the north 126 feet of Lot 1, whichever occurs first.
