The last publication of notice was at least <br />ten (10) days priorl;to the Trustee's Sale held on January 27, <br />1986, and said sale was not later than thirty (30) days after the <br />last publication of notice. <br />6. GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real property at the <br />public auction on January 27, 1986, at 10:00 o'clock Island,1nHali <br />lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand <br />County, Nebraska. GRANTOR accepted the bid of Nebraska <br />Investment Finance Authority, in the sum of Thirty Five Thousand <br />Two Hundred Seven Dollars and Seventy Three Cents ($35,207.73) as <br />the highest bid upon said real property. GRANTOR has complied <br />with the requirements of the above - referenced Deed of Trust and <br />the requirements of Nebraska Statutes, Section 76 -1001 through <br />Section 76 -10181 in the exercise of the sale of the real <br />property described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on January <br />27, 1986. <br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the GRANTEE, without <br />right of redemption, the GRANTOR'S title and all right, title, <br />interest, and claim of the Trustors, and their successors in in- <br />terest and of all persons claiming by, through or under them, in <br />and to the above- described real property, including all such <br />title, interest, and claim in and to such property <br />right, ti <br />acquired tl the Trustors or their successors in interest subse- <br />quent to the execution of the Deed of Trust. <br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictions or <br />covenants of record which GRANTOR is not entitled to convey <br />pursuant to Nebraska Statute Section 76- 1010(2) <br />DATED this2$ day of January 1986. <br />J n M.
