Grantor published Notice of Trustee's Sale to be held <br />on November 2, 1987, on the front steps of the Hall County <br />Courthouse, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Notice was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent, a legal newspaper of Grand Island, Hall. County, <br />Nebraska, once a week for five consecutive weeks, commencing <br />on September 25, 1987 and ending October 23, 1987. The <br />last publication of the Notice was at least ten days prior <br />to the Trustee's Sale held on November. 2, 1.987, and said <br />sale was not later. than 30 days after the last publication <br />of Notice; <br />6. Grantor conducted a sale of the real property at public <br />auction on November. 2, 1987, at 1:00 p.m. on the front <br />steps of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Grantor accepted a bid of Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., <br />f /k /a Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., a Federal Banking <br />Institution, the sum of $7,500.00 as the highest bid upon <br />said real property.
