That Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., f /k /a Norwest Bank Grand
<br />Island, N.A., a Federal Banking Institution with its principal place
<br />of business in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, Trustee upon the
<br />Deed of Trust made and entered into on or about May 31, 1985,
<br />by and between Larry L. Evers, a single person, Trustor, and Norwest
<br />Bank Nebraska, N.A., f /k /a Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., Trustee
<br />and Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust appearing at Document #85- 002586
<br />in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, filed May 31,
<br />1985, (herein called the Grantor), in consideration of the sum of
<br />Seven Thousand Five Hundred and nu /100 Dollars ($7,500.00) and other
<br />good and valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />N.A., f /k /a Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., a Federal Banking Institu-
<br />tion, (hereinafter Grantee where appropriate), upon the described
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot 5 in Block 146 in Union Pacific Railway
<br />Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
<br />unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assisns forever.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee and Grantee's successors
<br />and assigns that:
<br />1. That Larry L. Evers, a single person, failed to pay to
<br />the beneficiary payments which were contractually due;
<br />2. That a Notice of Default was filed by Grantor on August
<br />18, 1987, appearing as Document #87- 104884 in the Register
<br />of Deeds office for Hall County, Nebraska. A copy of
<br />the Noticc of Default. was served upon the following parties
<br />on the dates indicated by Certified Mail, postage prepaid:
<br />Larry L. Evers and Jeanie V. Evers, 123 No. Locust
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 - 8/20/87
<br />Larry L. Evers, Jeanie V. Evers, P. 0. Box 1612,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68802 - 8/20/87;
<br />Larry L. Evers, Jeanie V. Evers, 504 E. Yund and
<br />208 So. vine, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 - 8/20/87.
<br />3. That Trustor, Larry L. Evers, failed to cure the default
<br />referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days after
<br />the service of the Notice of Default;
