87-106537 <br />livering this Agreement, the Assignees covenant with the. <br />Assignors as followst <br />(a) That the Assignees will duly observe and <br />perform all of the terms, conditions and <br />provisions of the Agreement that are to <br />be observed and performed by the Assignors; and <br />3. That the Assignees agree to assume the existing mortgage <br />to Raymond A. Watson in the mount of Eighteen Thousand Six <br />Hundred Twenty Dollars Seventy Four Cents ($18,620.74). <br />4. That the Assignees acknowledge and agree to pay the <br />monthly principal and interest payment in the amount of Three <br />Hundred Seventy Five Dollars Two Cents ($375.02) and agree to make <br />said payment to the Assignors at their home address of 5418 <br />Leavenworth Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. That the initial <br />monthly payment which is due and payable shall commence with <br />November 1, 1987, and that each payment received by the Assignors, <br />will then be made directly to the Seller, Raymond A. Watson. That <br />each payment made by the Assignees shall be made no later than the <br />10th of each month. <br />5. That the Assignees shall pay the Piper Glen Home Owners <br />Association Fees directly to the party designated by the <br />association to receive such payments. <br />6. That the Assignees will provide to the Assignors, a copy <br />of the paid real estate property tax receipt. <br />7. That the taxes due and owing on the property for the year <br />1987 are prorated by and between the Assignors and the Assignees <br />i <br />
