THIS AGREEMUT made on this day of <br />by Dole E. Grove* and Kelly A. Coffey (the Assignors), and Noland <br />O. and Sandra S, Hownter (the Aasi ), <br />WHEREAS, under the date of 1982, the <br />Assignors entered into an Agreement in writing with Raymond A. <br />Watson. by which, Raymond A. Watson agreed to sell to the <br />Assignors and the Assignors agreed to purchase from him, upon the <br />terms and conditions set forth in that Agreement the following <br />described real estate located in Grand Island, Hail County, <br />Nebraska, to wit: <br />Lot Fifteen (15), Piper Glen Subdivision, <br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />WHEREAS, Assignees are desirous of acquiring from the <br />Assignors ail of the right, title and interest of the Assignors in <br />and to the written Agreement with Raymond A. Watson; <br />NOM, THEREFORE it is mutually agreed as follows: <br />1. That the Assignors in consideration of the sum of Two <br />Thousand Seventy Nine Dollars Twenty Six Cents ($2,079.25) paid to <br />them by the Assignees, which is acknowledged assigns to the <br />Assignees all of their right. title and interest in and to the <br />written Agreement for Sale of Real Estate dated the _9tb day of <br />June _, 1982, made by the Assignors and Raymond A.
