IN THA DISTRICT <br />D <br />Petitioner, } <br />) <br />) <br />) <br />r <br />Respondent. ) <br />NOW ON THIS 29th day of December, 1977, the above entitled <br />matter came on for final hearing to the Court. The Petitioner was <br />present in Court and was represented by her Attorney, THOMAS L. <br />ANDERSON. The Respondent was not present in Court and was not <br />represented by Counsel. Evidence was presented to the Court by <br />the Petitioner. Upon consideration, the Court finds that the <br />marriage is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. The <br />Court further finds that a Property Settlement has been entered into <br />by the parties, and was offered into evidence and received. The <br />Court finds that the terms of the Property Settlement are fair and <br />reasonable and said Property Settlement should be, and hereby is <br />approved, and should be attached to the Decree of Dissolution. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the <br />Court as follows: <br />1. The marriage between the Petitioner, JEAN HARRIS, and <br />PHIL HARRIS, the Respondent, is irretrievably broken and the <br />marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved. <br />2. The Property Settlement entered into by the parties is <br />fair and reasonable in all respects and is hereby approved. <br />3.
