<br />to, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, underground and
<br />overhead electric lines, telephone lines, poles, manholes, pipe
<br />lines, surface markers, transformers, and other appurtenances
<br />upon, over, in, and through the tract of land herein conveyed,
<br />together with the unrestricted right of ingress and agrees under,
<br />over, and across such land for the purpose of exercising the
<br />rights herein reserved, and to clear and keep clear of trees,
<br />roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such
<br />land. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon, over,
<br />and under such land shall remain the property of the Grantor and
<br />may be removed or replaced at any time.
<br />The Grantees, for themselves, their heirs, executors,
<br />administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby covenant that no
<br />buildings, fences, or structures shall be erected or permitted on
<br />said land and that the easement herein reserved shall run with
<br />the title to said land.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns
<br />forever.
