In consideration of the acceptance <br />of the plat of CHATEAU ORLEANS THIRD SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider <br />hereby consents and agrees with the City of grand Island, <br />Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense the <br />following improvements: <br />1. Pay n . The Subdivider waives the right to object to any <br />paving or repaving districts of Fifth Street and Orleans Drive if <br />extended, where they abut the subdivision. <br />2. water. City water service is available to the lots <br />within the proposed subdivision from the water main located in <br />Fifth Street. The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures <br />within said subdivision to city water service prior to the <br />issuance of any occupancy permits. Subdivider furthermore agrees <br />to pay any and all connection charges associated with the <br />connection to said city water main. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is available to <br />all lots within said subdivision from mains located in Fifth <br />Street and along the easterly line of the proposed subdivision. <br />The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures within said sub- <br />division to said sanitary sewer service prior to issuance of any <br />occupancy permits and subject to any and all connection fees for <br />said service. <br />4.
