jai 105b9l <br />a <br />.� <br />♦ C <br />The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, <br />hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land <br />comprising a part of Lot One (1), and all of Lots Dive (5) <br />through Fifteen (15), inclusive, Chateau Orleans Second Sub- <br />division in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particul- <br />arly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Chateau <br />Orleans Second Subdivision; thence northeasterly along <br />the northwesterly line of said subdivision a distance <br />of one hundred thirty -one and fifty -three hundredths <br />(131.53) feet to the Northwest corner of said sub- <br />division; thence easterly along the North line of said <br />subdivision a distance of three hundred eighteen <br />(318.0) feet; thence southerly along a line one hundred <br />ninety -six (196.0) feet West of and parallel to the <br />East line of said subdivision a distance of one hundred <br />thirty (130.0) feet to the South line of said sub- <br />division; thence westerly along the South line of said <br />subdivision a distance of three hundred thirty -nine and <br />five - tenths (339.5) feet to the place of beginning, and <br />containing 0.981 acre, more or less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract <br />of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council <br />of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map <br />and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as CHATEAU <br />ORLEANS THIRD SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be <br />laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements <br />belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers <br />and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of <br />such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br />14 <br />
