<br />for other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />confessed, does hereby remise, convey, release and quttclaim unto WERNER

<br />herein described. together with ail the appurtenances and privileges thereunto
<br />belonging or appertaining, to wit:
