JJ <br />105363 <br />-23- <br />subsequent owner or owners of the Lease and the <br />leasehold estate created thereby, and its or their <br />respective successors and assigns. <br />Mortgagor's Award shall have the meaning stated in <br />§2.10 hereof. <br />Notes shall have the meaning assigned to it in the <br />Credit Agreement. <br />Obligations shall mean, collectively, all of the <br />indebtedness, obligations and liabilities existing on <br />the date of the Credit Agreement or arising from time <br />to time thereafter, whether direct or indirect, joint <br />or several, actual, absolute or contingent, matured or <br />unmatured, liquidated or unliquidated, secured or <br />unsecured, arising by contract, operation of law or <br />otherwise, of any principal company to the Agent or any <br />Bank (i) in respect of the loans made to the Borrower <br />by the Banks pursuant to the Credit Agreement, or (ii) <br />under or in respect of any one or more of the Security <br />Documents or Ancillary Documents. <br />Permitted Alterations shall have the meaning <br />stated in §2.6 hereof. <br />Permitted Encumbrances shall mean (i) those <br />encumbrances described on Schedule B to the title <br />insurance policy issued by Chicago Title Insurance <br />Company, which policy insures this Mortgage, and (ii) <br />liens permitted under §7.07 of the Credit Agreement. <br />Person shall mean an individual, corporation, <br />partnership, trust, unincorporated organization or <br />government, or any agency or political subdivision <br />thereof. <br />Principal Companies shall mean, collectively, (i) <br />the Borrower, (ii) WRLH, Inc., a Delaware corporation <br />and (iii) ROLN, Inc., a Delaware corporation. <br />Property shall have the meaning stated in <br />Attachment A attached to this Mortgage and incorporated <br />herein. <br />Secured Debt shall mean, collectively, (i) the <br />Obligations (ii) the Zero Obligations and (iii) the <br />Trustee Obligations. <br />i <br />
