$7- 10531,9 <br />-22- <br />Fundamental Docents shall have the meaning <br />assigned ton the umLoan Agreement. <br />Impositions shall have the meaning stated in 52.2 <br />hereof <br />Lease shall mean the Lease referred to and <br />descr b� ed in Exhibit A to this Mortgage. <br />Lessee shall `mean the lessee or tenant named in <br />the Lease as Lessee or Tenant and any subsequent owner <br />or owners of the leasehold estate created by the Lease. <br />Lessor shall mean the lessor or landlord named in <br />the Lease as Lessor or Landlord and any subsequent <br />owner or owners of the fee simple title to the property <br />described in and covered by the Lease. <br />Mortgage, as used herein, shall mean this Rider <br />and the Mortgage or Deed of Trust to which this Rider <br />is attached. <br />Mortgage Instrument shall have the meaning stated <br />in 510 hereof. <br />Mortgagee shall mean, as appropriate, the <br />Mortgagee, Trustee, Grantee or Assignee herein named, <br />any subsequent Mortgagee or Mortgagees of this Mortgage <br />Instrument, any state or county official engaged in any <br />part of the enforcement of the lien of this Mortgage, <br />and their respective successors and assigns. The word <br />"Mortgagee" as used in this Rider shall also mean, as <br />appropriate, the Beneficiary of this Mortgage <br />Instrument and any subsequent owner or Mortgagee of the <br />Beneficiary's interest in the Property or this Mortgage <br />Instrument. The Beneficiary may remove the Trustee at <br />any time or from time to time and select a successor <br />trustee. In the event of the death, removal, <br />resignation or refusal to act or inability to act of <br />the Trustee, or for any reason whatsoever, the <br />Beneficiary may, without notice and without specifying <br />any reason therefor and without' applying to any court, <br />select and appoint a successor trustee, and all powers, <br />rights, duties and authority of the Trustee, as <br />aforesaid, shall thereupon become vested in such <br />successor. <br />Mortgagor shall mean the Mortgagor herein named as <br />Mortgagor, Trustor, Grantor or Assignor and any <br />L <br />W <br />
