a <br />87- 104776 <br />accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br />a dedication of the easements to the use and benefit of public <br />utilities and of the street to the use and benefit of the public <br />forever. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br />_''Z <br />LAUDENKLOS SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree <br />with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install <br />or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to <br />any paving or repaving districts of Airport Road where it abutts <br />the subdivision. <br />2. Water and Sanitary Sewer. No City water service or <br />sanitary sewer service is available to the subdivision; there- <br />fore, the City authorizes the construction of septic tanks and <br />private wells in the subdivision, but the Subdividers agree to <br />connect any structures connected to septic tanks or private wells <br />A <br />to the City sanitary sewer service or water service within two <br />construction seasons after City services have been made available <br />to the respective lots of the subdivision. Further, the <br />Subdividers agree not to protest the creation of any sanitary <br />sewer or water in districts within said subdivision. <br />3. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of <br />the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so <br />that storm water drains to the public right-of-way, and in <br />accordance with plans approved by the Grand Island Director of <br />Public Works. <br />4. Sidewalks. The City hereby waives the immediate con- <br />struction of any and all sidewalks adjacent to said subdivision <br />and within said subdivision.
