7-® 104770 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />LAUDENALOS SUBDIVISION <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, CHARLES A. LAUDENELOS and DIANE E. <br />LAUDENRY.OS, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, <br />as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 36, Township 12 North, Range 10 West <br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4); thence running on an assumed bearing <br />of N 00 degrees 00' 00" E on the West line of said <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) for two hundred ninety -seven <br />(297) feet; thence N 89 degrees 44' 11" E for one <br />hundred fifty -two (152) feet; thence S 00 degrees 00' <br />00" W for two hundred ninety -seven (297) feet to a <br />point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter (SE <br />1/4); thence S 89 degrees 44' 11" W on the South line <br />of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) for one hundred <br />fifty -two (152) feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said <br />tract containing 1.037 acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located beyond the corporate limits but <br />within two miles of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as <br />provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision, to be known as LAUDENKLOS SUBDIVISION, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots, casements, and street belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated by numbers, easements by dimensions, and the <br />street by name, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision <br />when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the <br />City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to <br />
