87-104613 <br />(2) First Party may utilize its property for <br />business related entertainment. <br />(3) First Party may locate on the property <br />such necessary construction equipment <br />that would utilize the gravel and other <br />materials pumped and stored from the <br />area owned by First Party west of the <br />existing lake in Section Six (6) above <br />described, until no gravel is available <br />from such premises to supply the <br />construction equipment, provided, <br />however, First Party shall locate any <br />equipment as far west of said described <br />lake and as close to the Alda road <br />running on the west side of Section Six <br />(6) above described as is reasonably <br />possible. <br />G. First Party agrees not to purchase or lease <br />any other lands in Section Six (6) above <br />described for the purpose of pumping or mining <br />gravel, but this restriction does not preclude <br />the pumping and mining of that portion of the <br />South Half (Sh) of Section Six (6) above <br />described lying north of the south channel of <br />the Platte River presently owned by First <br />Party. <br />H. Any platting or subdivision of any of the <br />described property on the south side of the <br />above described lake located in the South Half <br />(Sh) of Section Six (6) Shall be restricted to <br />lots platted no smaller in size than one and <br />one -half acres. <br />2. Second Party agrees not to object to First <br />Party's development of the property described herein and <br />subject to these covenants, conditions and restrictions, so <br />long as the same are observed and adhered to by First Party. <br />3. It is agreed by the parties that the <br />covenants, conditions and restrictions as herein contained <br />are permanent and perpetual and shall run with the land, <br />shall be binding upon the parties hereto and all persons or <br />corporations hereafter acquiring any property or lots <br />located in Section Six (6) now owned or later acquired by <br />First Party as set forth above. <br />4. The parties agree that these covenants, <br />conditions and restrictions shall bind the First Party, its <br />shareholders, officers and directors, as well as its <br />- 3 - <br />in <br />a <br />
