<br />The Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium in accordance with the
<br />Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984, under Document No. 84- 005507
<br />of the County of Hail, State of Nebraska, records, as amended,
<br />Is hereby amended by this Third Amendment to Declaration of The Yancey, a
<br />Condominium. Any reference herein to a numbered condominium unit ( "Unit ") shall
<br />be legally described as follows:
<br />Condominium Unit No. _, The Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium in
<br />accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17, 1964, under
<br />Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, record,

<br />The Declaration is hereby amended as follows :,
<br />1. Exhibit D. Exhibit "D" to the Declaration, as amended, Is hereby amended by
<br />deleting Exh b t 'a, Page tt o 3 in its entirety and inserting in substitution therefore as
<br />®t , a_e i of 13, that plan set out in Attachment "1 ", attached hereto and
<br />rated hasein by this reference. Attachment "1" whlh is now part of the
<br />Declaration allocates certain Class "B"-Limited Property space in the basement to the
<br />exclusive use of Units 201% 201C and 201D and certain other Class "B"- Limited Property
<br />space in the basement to the exclusive use of Units 103 and 104.
<br />2. Definition of Class "B"- Limited PrpL)4�qy. The Declaration at Page 4, Section
<br />1(H), is hereby amerced by deleting the definition of Class "B"- Limited Property and
<br />Inserting in lieu thereof the following definition:
<br />"Tie Class "B" limited common elements as shown in Exhibits "B" and "D".
<br />In particular, Class "B"- Limited Property shall include all areas and spaces
<br />In the basement and on floors one and two which are not Class "B" Units,
<br />excluding Class "C" Property and Class "A "- Limited Property shown, which
<br />Includes, but Is not limited to, the elevators, stairways and hallways and
<br />entrance areas on floors one and two; including the designated areas in the
