87 104244 <br />2.2 Second Parties and their successor in interest agree to <br />maintain the one -foot overhang of the west side of the garage and <br />the 0.2 feet encroachment over the northerly 73.1 feet of the lot <br />owned by First Parties in a reasonable good state of repair. <br />2.3 Second Parties and their successors shall have the <br />right of ingress to and egress from the lot owned by First <br />Parties for the purpose of maintaining, repairing and keeping the <br />one -foot overhang of the garage and the 0.2 feet encroachment <br />over the northerly 73.1 feet of the lot in usable condition at <br />all times. <br />2.4 This grant of easement shall run with the land and <br />shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the parties <br />hereto, their heirs, successors or assigns. <br />2.5 This Agreement is to filed of record in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at the expense of <br />the Second Parties. <br />In witness whereof, the parties have executed this Agreement <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />enjamin M.
