<br />a roadway, being more particularly described as follows: A tract of
<br />land lying between parallel right -of -way lines 200 feet apart, being
<br />100 feet on each side when measured at right angles or radially to
<br />the following- described centerline of tract: Beginning at a point
<br />which is on the west line of said Section 12, and bears north a
<br />distance of 2440 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 12;

<br />beginning of a circular curve to the right, the radius of which is
<br />1097.9 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle of 40
<br />degrees 02111" a distance of 767.18 feet to the point of termination
<br />of said curve; thence S51 degrees 22'28.2 "E a distance of 580.60 feet
<br />to the point of beginning of a circular curve to the left, the radius
<br />of which 1737.4 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle
<br />of 21 degrees 11'26.2" a distance of 642.57 feet to the point of
<br />termination of said curve; thence S72 degrees 33'54.4 "E a distance of
<br />309.10 feet to a point on the east line of said SW1 /4 of Section 12.
<br />The heretofore described tract of land containing 13.38 acres, more

<br />RESERVATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS: Grantor's grantors have
<br />reserved and excepted unto themselves, their heirs,
<br />successors, assigns and /or personal representatives, their
<br />interest in 50% of all gravel, uranium, oil, gas, sand,
<br />scoria, gold, iron, potash, thorium, vanadium, molybdenum,
<br />germanium, natural mineral salts of boron, bromine,
<br />calcium, fluorine, helium, iodine, lithium, magnesium,
<br />nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, sodium and sulfur.
<br />SAID SAME PARTIES ALSO RESERVE AND EXCEPT unto themselves,
<br />their heirs, successors, assigns and /or personal
<br />representatives, the exclusive right to post, hunt and fish
<br />said property.

<br />thence northwesterly a distance of 739.4 feet to a point on the west

<br />north along the west quarter line a distance of 210 feet to the NW
<br />corner of the SW1 /4; thence east 2640.00 feet, plus or minus, along
<br />the N quarter line of the SW1 /4 to the point of beginning.
