87-103301 <br />describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and <br />propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally <br />approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council <br />to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of <br />survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication <br />of the easements to the use and benefit of public utilities. In <br />consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said CONTINENTAL <br />GARDENS, BLOCK SEVEN (7), UNIT FOUR (4), the Subdividers hereby <br />consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that <br />they will install or provide at their expense the following <br />improvements: <br />1. Residential Development. The proposed subdivision con- <br />stitutes a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 36 -27 of <br />the Grand Island City Code. For that reason, the Subdividers <br />agree that the continuing requirements of Section 36 -27 of the <br />Grand Island City Code pertaining to residential development <br />under the planned unit development will be complied with by the <br />Subdividers. <br />2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct water mains <br />in the subdivision to serve all lots in the subdivision in <br />accordance with the plans approved by the City's Director of <br />Public works and subject to the City's inspection, and agrees to <br />connect all structures in the subdivision to said water mains. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to construct <br />sanitary sewer mains to serve all lots in the subdivision in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the <br />City's Director of Public Works and subject to the City's <br />2 <br />9 <br />
