GORDON and DAPHINE GORDON, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) of Section Eight (8), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block Seven (7), <br />Unit Two (2), Continental Gardens, An Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence northerly along <br />the West line of Block One (1), Continental Gardens, a <br />distance of one hundred seventy -four (174.0) feet to <br />the Southeast corner of Unit Four (4), Lot Two (2), <br />Block Eight (8), Replat Continental Gardens, An <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence <br />westerly along the South line of said Unit Four (4) a <br />distance of one hundred five (105) feet to the North- <br />east corner of Block Seven (7), Unit Three (3), Con- <br />tinental Gardens, An Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska; thence southerly along the East line <br />of said Block Seven (7), Unit Three (3), a distance of <br />one hundred seventy -four (174.0) feet to the Northwest <br />corner of Block Seven (7), Unit Two (2), Continental <br />Gardens, An Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska; thence easterly along the North line of said <br />Block Seven (7), Unit Two (2), a distance of one <br />hundred five (105.0) feet to the place of beginning, <br />and containing 0.419 acre, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as CONTINENTAL GARDENS, BLOCK SEVEN (7), UNIT FOUR (4), desig- <br />nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly <br />R <br />
