87-- 103091 Deed, which mailing of notice fully complied with the require- ments of said statute, and; WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Ne- braska, the Trustee gave written notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publica- tion of such notice, commencing on February 26, 1987, .and contin- uing once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, the last pub- lication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such sale, in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, which notice fully complied with the require- ments of said statute, and; WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Ne- braska, Trustee mailed Notice of Trustee's Sale to the Trustors at the address of the Trustors as set forth in Trust Deed; and on the 8th day of April, 1987, at 11:15 o'clock A.M., being the Hate and time designated in the Notice of Sale, the Trustee sold said property at public auction to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National As- sociation, being the highest bidder, for the sum of Fifty -two Thousand Three Hundred Eleven and 90/100 Dollars ($52,311.90), which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute. NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, and in consideration of the sum of $52,311.90 to him paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, formerly Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, the following described real es- tate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: A certain part or parcel of Lot Six (6) of the county subdivision of the Northwest Quar- ter (NW 1/4) and the West Half of the North- east Quarter (W 1/2 NE 1/4) of Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the present highway right of way, 534.8 feet north and 50.0 feet east of the south - west corner of the Northwest Quarter of said K t
