<br />That Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, formerly
<br />Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, Trustee, in the
<br />exercise of the power of sale conferred upon it, does hereby ex-
<br />ecute and deliver this indenture,
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, for valuable consideration, on the 4th day of
<br />April, 1985, John A. Honore and Nina C. Honore, as Trustor, exe-
<br />cuted and delivered their Trust Deed to Norwest Bank Grand
<br />Island, National Association, as Trustee, and Norwest Bank Grand
<br />Island, National Association, as Beneficiary, conveying the real
<br />estate hereinafter described in trust, with power of sale, in ac-
<br />cordance with the terms and provisions set forth therein; that
<br />said Trust Deed was thereafter recorded on the 5th day of April,
<br />1985, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as noted as Document No. 85- 001638 et seq., and;
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustor having defaulted in the payment of the
<br />indebtedness secured thereby and the Beneficiary having delivered
<br />to the Trustee a written declaration of default and having de-
<br />posited with the Trustee all promissory notes, together with No-
<br />tice of Default, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1006, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 12th day of February, 1987, the Trustee filed a
<br />Notice of Default in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as noted as Document No. 87- 100820 which Notice
<br />fully complied with the requirements of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 18th day of February, 1987, the Trustee mailed,
<br />by Certified Mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of such Notice of
<br />Default with the recording date shown thereon, addressed to John
<br />A. Honore, Nina C. Honore, 4118 West Highway 30, Grand Island, NE
<br />60801, being the address of the 'Trustor as set forth in the Trust
