LUEBS AND VIRGINIA LUESS, AND RANDALL ALEXANDER, <br />THEIR ATTORNEY, THEIR CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES IN <br />INTEREST. <br />TAKE NOTICE that Gary L. Dolan, Trustee of the above <br />estate, proposes to and will sell the real property described as: <br />Part of the West Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter (W�,NW and part of the East Half of <br />the Northwest Quarter (E' ,OWI -.) and part of <br />the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE.,NE.), Section Thirty -Six (36), <br />Township Ten (10) , Range Eleven (11) , Hall <br />County, Nebraska, consisting of 88.70 acres, <br />-more or less. <br />The property shall be sold at private sale, subject to <br />the following terms and conditions: the sale will be made to Ben <br />J. Camp, for the sum of $78,000.00, and subject to the terms of <br />the Uniform Purchase Agreement of the parties. <br />The date and place of this sale are: after <br />September 30, 1986 at the offices of the Grand Island Trust Co., <br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68802. <br />If no objection to such sale is filed with the court <br />and served upon the Trustee on or before September 25, 1986, no <br />hearing will be held and the above- described real property will <br />be sold by the Trustee.
