Dolan, being first du <br />sworn on oath, deposes and states as follows: <br />1. That on June 6, 1985, he was appointed the <br />Trustee in the above-entitled bankruptcy and makes this <br />affidavit upon personal knowledge. <br />2. That on August 31, 1986, he gave written <br />notices to all parties in interest of said bankruptcy estate <br />that he intended to convey certain real property, true, and <br />correct copies of which notices are attached hereto and <br />marked Exhibits "A" and "B". <br />3. That he has received no objections to the <br />sale of said real estate as set forth in the terms of the <br />attached notices, and that no objections to said sale have <br />been filed with the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy <br />Court for the District of Nebraska as of the date of this <br />affidavit. <br />DATED: April 1987. <br />Gary L.
