I <br />87-101773 <br />line of Second Street to the point of beginning, all as <br />shown on the plat attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference; <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress <br />and egress under and across such land for the purpose of exercis- <br />ing the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, <br />roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such <br />tract. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon, over, <br />and under such tract of land shall remain the property of the <br />Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time. <br />The Grantor, for himself as Personal Representative of the <br />Estate of Tillie M. McMullen, Deceased, his distri.butees, <br />successors and assigns, hereby covenants that no buildings, <br />fences, or structures shall be erected or permitted on said <br />tract, and that the easement herein granted shall run with the <br />title to such tract of land and be binding upon the Grantor, his <br />distributees, successors and assigns. -pt <br />.T6hn R.
