fl <br />87 -- <br />PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />JOHN R. McMULLEN, Personal Representative of the Estate of <br />TILLIE M. McMULLFN, Deceased, of Grand Island, Nebraska, herein <br />called the Grantor, in consideration of the vacation of the <br />Easement recorded in Miscellaneous Records Book 15 at Page 575 in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Sall County, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation, in Sall County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way <br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and <br />remove public utilities, including but not limited to, sanitary <br />sewers, storm sewers, water mains, underground electric lines, <br />telephone lines, manholes, pipe lines, surface markers, and other <br />appurtenances, upon, over, in, and through a tract of land in the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of section Twenty (20), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 5th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on themnortherly right -of -way line <br />' <br />of Second Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />€ said point being thirty (30) feet West of and measured <br />perpendicular to the East line of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska; thence running North parallel to and <br />- -- thirty (30) feet West of the East line of said North- <br />- west Quarter (NW 1/4) to the southerly right -of -way <br />line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company; thence <br />running northeasterly on the southerly right - of-way <br />line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company to a point <br />ten (10) feet west of and measured perpendicular to the <br />East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4); thence <br />running South parallel to and ten (10) feet West of the <br />East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) to the <br />northerly right -of -way line of Second Street; thence <br />running southwesterly on the northerly right -of -way <br />
