87-- 100351 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />PARK GARDENS THIRD SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, PARK GARDENS DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Nebraska <br />corporation, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owner of a <br />tract of land comprising all of Lot Fight (8), and parts of Lots <br />Seven (7) and Nine (9), Park Gardens Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, more Particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Four (4), Park <br />Gardens Second Subdivision; thence northerly along the <br />West line of said Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), <br />Gardens Subdivision, a distance of one hundred thirty - <br />six and five - tenths (136.5) feet to the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot Eight (8); thence def leting right 90 <br />degrees 00' and running easterly a distance of one <br />hundred eighty -one and one -tenth (181.1) feet to the <br />East line of said Park Gardens Subdivision; thence <br />southerly along the East line of said Park Gardens <br />Subdivision a distance of one hundred thirty -six and <br />five - tenths (136.5) feet to the Northeast corner of <br />said Lot Four (4), Park Gardens Second Subdivision; <br />thence westerly along the North line of said Lot Four <br />(4) a distance of one hundred eighty -one and ons -tenth <br />(181.1) That to the place of beginning, and containing <br />0.680 acre, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and Plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as PARK GARDENS THIRD SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the <br />land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, <br />easements, and stz:eets belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers, easements by dimensions, and streets by <br />J <br />
