<br />200802261 <br /> <br />Estates Subdivision, and shall apply to and run with the land for the Copper <br />Creek Estates Subdivision Lots. <br /> <br />1. Article IX shall be added to the Declaration and shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Article IX <br />Senior Housint?; Community Restrictions <br /> <br />Section 1. Applicabilitv. This Article IX shall only apply to <br />Lots One (1) through Forty-Eight (48) in the Copper Creek Estates <br />Subdivision. These lots shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as <br />the "Copper Creek Estates Senior Housing Community". <br /> <br />Section 2. Senior Housinsz:Restrictions. All owners and occupants <br />of a lot within the Copper Creek Estates Senior HousingCommunity <br />must be ftfiy-five (55) years of age or older. <br /> <br />Section 3. Fair Housing Compliance. The Copper Creek Estates <br />Senior Housing Community is designated as "housing for older <br />persons" under the Fair Housing Act, andthe Association shall take <br />all necessary steps to ensure compliance with all state and federal <br />fair housing laws, including but not limited to, establishing and <br />maintaining a written set of policies and procedures to ensure <br />compliance. Said policies shall be available upon request from the <br />Association. <br /> <br />2.
