The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Copper Creek <br />Estates Subdivision was recorded by Copper Creek Estates - Grand Island, L.L.C., <br />as the Owner, on October 12,2007, as Instrument #200708774 ("Declaration"). <br />The Covenants encompass the Copper Creek Estates Subdivision Lots legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots One (1) through Ninety-Seven (97), inclusive, <br />together with Outlots A, B, and C in Copper Creek <br />Estates Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />B. The Owner desires to designate a housing community within the Copper <br />Creek Estates Subdivision as housing for older persons in compliance with the <br />Fair Housing Act. The housing for older persons community shall consist of the <br />lots legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots One (1) through Forty-Eight (48), inclusive, in <br />Copper Creek Estates Subdivision, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />C.
