If for any reason the <br />aforementioned should not take place, then the agreements entered into herein shall be <br />void. This Agreement is submitted to the Court for its approval by each party to the <br />Agreement. <br />IT IS THEREFORE AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1.
