200801637 Defendant shall have reasonable visitation. 2. The parties acknowledge that they both reside within Hall County, Nebraska. If in the future, the Plaintiff should decide to move from the State of Nebraska with the minor children, the Plaintiff understands that an application must be made with the Hall County District Court prior to the time of such move. 3. The Defendant shall pay child support in the amount of $600.00 per month to the Plaintiff pursuant to the Child Support calculation attached hereto as Exhibit "1" and incorporated herein by reference: Said child support shall be paid through the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P. O. Box 82890, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501- 2890, for disbursement to the Plaintiff commencing on the 1 st day of February, 2008 and continuing each month thereafter until the first day of the month following the month in which one of the minor children reaches the age of 19, dies, marries, enters military service, becomes emancipated or until further order of the Court. Upon one remaining minor child, the Defendant shall pay child support in the amount of $400.00 for the benefit of the remaining minor child until said child reaches the age of 19, dies, marries, enters military service, becomes emancipated or until further order of the Court. 4. The Defendant shall pay one-half of any child-care expenses incurred by the Plaintiff for employment or education necessary to obtain a job or enhance earning potential. Plaintiff shall submit monthly statements of such child care expense to Defendant and Defendant shall make payment to Plaintiff within 14 days of receipt of any such statement. 5. The Defendant's obligation to pay child support shall be subject to income withholding pursuant to Nebraska Statute and the Defendant shall be ordered to prepare immediately following the entry of the Decree of Dissolution herein, a Notice to Withhold Income and deliver the same to the Defendant's employer and provide a copy to the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska and to Plaintiff's attorney. . 6. All child support payment shall become delinquent the day after they are due and owing and interest shall not occur until 30 days after the payments are delinquent 2
