<br />200801413 <br /> <br />(a) Government Lot 2 in Section 24, Township 9 North, Range <br />12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and <br />adjacent to Government Lot 2 in Section 24, Township 9 <br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />(said parcels of real estate being hereinafter collectively <br /> <br />referred to as "the Suck Land"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Crane Trust Land abuts the Suck Land, the Crane <br /> <br />Trust Land being located westerly and southwesterly of the Suck <br /> <br />Land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a question has arisen between the Crane Trust and <br /> <br />Suck as to the location of the boundary line separating the Platte <br /> <br />River accretion lands constituting a portion of the Crane Trust <br /> <br />Land from the Platte River accretion lands constituting a portion <br /> <br />of the Suck Land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Crane Trust and Suck have resolved and settled <br /> <br />the question as to the location of the boundary separating the <br /> <br />Platte River accretion lands constituting a portion of the Crane <br /> <br />Trust Land from the Platte River accretion lands constituting a <br /> <br />portion of the Suck Land, and desire to reduce their resolution and <br /> <br />settlement to writing. <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Crane Trust and Suck do hereby agree as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />2 <br />
