(hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"the Crane Trust"), and BARBARA A. SUCK, a single person <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Suck"). <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Crane Trust is the owner of record of the <br /> <br />following-described real estate: <br /> <br />(a) Government Lot 6 in Section 23, Township 9 North, <br />Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and <br />adjacent to Government Lot 6 in Section 23, Township 9 <br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />(said parcels of real estate being hereinafter collectively <br /> <br />referred to as "the Crane Trust Land"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Suck is the owner of record of the following- <br /> <br />described real estate: <br />
