<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John B. McDermott, attorney for Grantor, did at
<br />the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public
<br />auction, and did sell the same to Grantee for the sum of $29,900.00, it being the highest bidder
<br />therefor.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $29,900.00 so bid
<br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its successors and
<br />assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said Eli Belmudez and Frances
<br />Belmudez, husband and wife, and their successors in interest, were seized or possessed at the time
<br />said Deed of Trust was given, or at any time thereafter, in and to the premises sold as aforesaid,
