<br />" <br /> <br />200801038 <br /> <br />Government Lot 2 in said Section 23 has a bearing of S <br />00026'44" W, and all bearings contained herein are <br />relative thereto; thence S 00026'44" W, on the West line <br />of Government Lot 2 in said Section 23, a distance of <br />328.78 feet to the northerly high bank of the Middle <br />Channel of the Platte River, such Middle Channel of the <br />Platte River being depicted on the original U.S. <br />Government Survey of Township 9 North, Range 12 West of <br />the 6th Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867; thence <br />leaving said northerly high bank of said Middle Channel <br />of the Platte River, and proceeding S 22045'02" E a <br />distance of 2157.06 feet to a point; thence S 44017'41" W <br />a distance of 255.41 feet to a point, which point is on <br />the thread of the stream of the channel of the Platte <br />River located north of Government Lots 5 and 6 in Section <br />23, and Government Lots 5 and 6 in Section 26, all in <br />Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska (such channel of the <br />Platte River located north of said government lots being <br />hereinafter referred to as "the Crane Trust Channel"), <br />which point is the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence <br />proceeding downstream in a northeasterly direction in the <br />Crane Trust Channel for the following three (3) courses: <br />N 44017'41" E a distance of 1365.11 feet; N 73030'12" E a <br />distance of 1200.10 feet; and N 81015'55" E a distance of <br />1214.18 feet to a point, which point is located north of <br />Government Lots 2 and 3 in Section 24, Township 9 North, <br />Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and which point is the point of termination <br /> <br />(said line being hereinafter referred to as "the Crane Trust's <br /> <br />North Boundary Line") . <br /> <br />3. The Crane Trust's North Boundary Line is the thread of the <br /> <br />stream of the Crane Trust Channel. <br /> <br />4. The Crane Trust shall forthwith execute, acknowledge and <br /> <br />deliver to Gloes and Trustee Alexander, c/o their attorney of <br /> <br />record in the Boundary Line Suit, Larry R.
