Williams, Husband and Wife, <br />(Lessor) and Lyman-Richey Corporation, a Delaware corporation (Lessee) <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br />For valuable consideration on February 1, 2007, Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease <br />which grants Lessee the sole right (to the exclusion of all other persons, including Lessor) to <br />excavate, remove and transport sand, gravel and rock products from the following <br />described real estate, to wit: <br /> <br />North One Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 11 North, Range 9 <br />West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described on <br />attached Exhibit A <br /> <br />Said Lease is for a term expiring January 31, 2022.
