(hereinafter referred to as "TNC"), DARREL GLOE, <br /> <br />also known as Darrel L. Gloe, and SHARON GLOE, also known as Sharon <br /> <br />K. Gloe, husband and wife (hereinafter collectively referred to as <br /> <br />"Gloes"), and RANDALL ALEXANDER, TRUSTEE (hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />as "Trustee Alexander") . <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gloes and Trustee Alexander are the record owners of <br /> <br />the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />(a) Government Lots 3 and 5 in Section 18, Township 9 <br />North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and <br />adjacent to Government Lots 3 and 5 in Section 18, <br />Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />(all of such real estate being hereinafter collectively referred to <br /> <br />as "the Gloe/Trustee Alexander Land"); and <br />
