-~ ..... 200800259 remainder interest in the real estate shall have any right to require my daughters to make any repairs or to recover damages based upon their failure to make any repair or perform any maintenance. D. My daughters shall have also authority to lease the real estate to tenants on such terms as they determine. Any such lease shall expire upon the expiration date set forth in writing signed by my daughters or the survivor of the two of them and by the tenant or upon the 28th day of February next occurring after the death of the second of my daughters to die, whichever is the earlier. No tenant shall have any right to depend upon any lease to extend beyond the date so determined. E. My daughters shall be entitled to receive as life tenant (i) my full share of any crops growing on the real estate or (ii) any unpaid cash rent at the time of my death. The estate of the second of my daughters to die shall be entitled to receive all crops growing on the real estate at the time of her death. Grantors have determined that the Grantees designated herein are the persons entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
