<br />200800229 <br /> <br />(5) Grantor published Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held on December 19,2007 <br />at 10:00 a.m., in the lower lobby ofthe Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, <br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, which Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in The <br />Grand Island Independent, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, commencing on <br />November 9, 2007 and ending on December 7, 2007. The last publication of Notice of <br />Trustee's Sale was at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, and said sale was not later <br />than thirty (30) days after the last publication of Notice of Trustee's Sale. <br /> <br />(6) Grantor conducted the sale of the real property at public auction and has <br />accepted the bid of Fannie Mae, a United States Corporation, for the sum of Fifty-Five <br />Thousand Eight Hundred and No/lOO Dollars ($55,800.00), as the highest bid upon said <br />real property. Grantor has complied with the requirements of the above-referenced Deed of <br />Trust and the requirements of Nebraska Revised Statutes, Sections 76-1001 through 76- <br />1018, (Reissue 1990), in the exercise of the sale of the real property described herein at the <br />Trustee's Sale held on December 19,2007. <br /> <br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the <br />Grantor's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustor, and his successors in <br />interest and of all persons claiming by, through or under it, in and to the above-described <br />real property, including all such right, title, interest and claim in interest subsequent to the <br />execution of the Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictions or covenants of record, which <br />Grantor is not entitled to convey pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-1 010(2), <br />(Reissue 1990). <br /> <br />Dated this l~ day of January, 2008 <br /> <br />.
