<br />BENEFICIARY, assigned to TierOne Bank, by Corporation Assignment of Deed of Trust
<br />recorded September 25,2006 as Instrument No. 200608579; Assignment of Deed of Trust
<br />recorded December 27,2007 as Instrument No. 200710724 to FANNIE MAE, a United
<br />States Corporation, BENEFICIARY, ASSIGNEE, in consideration of Fifty-Five Thousand

<br />The East One Half(E 1/2) of Lots Two (2) and Four (4), in Block Twenty-Seven (27), in
<br />Gilbert's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />commonly known as 1915 W College, Grand Island, NE 68803

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee, and to
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever.

<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's successors and
<br />assIgns:
<br />
<br />(l) Travis Wenzl, a single person, failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which
<br />were contractually due, and the Grantor, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare
<br />the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once immediately due
<br />and payable.
<br />
<br />(2) Notice of Default and Election to Sell was filed by Grantor on October 3,2007
<br />as Instrument No. 200708496 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. A copy of the Notice of Default and Election to Sell was served upon Travis
<br />Wenzl; Present Occupant; by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and
<br />also first class mail on October 5,2007.
<br />
<br />(3) Trustor Travis Wenzl failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of
<br />Default and Election to Sell within 30 days after the service of the Notice of Default and
<br />Election to Sell.
<br />
<br />(4) Notice of Trustee's Sale was published and a copy of the Notice of Trustee's
<br />Sale was served upon Travis Wenzl; Present Occupant; by certified mail, return receipt
<br />requested, postage prepaid and first class mail on November 13,2007.
