A copy of the Notice of Default and Election to Sell was served upon Travis <br />Wenzl; Present Occupant; by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and <br />also first class mail on October 5,2007. <br /> <br />(3) Trustor Travis Wenzl failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of <br />Default and Election to Sell within 30 days after the service of the Notice of Default and <br />Election to Sell. <br /> <br />(4) Notice of Trustee's Sale was published and a copy of the Notice of Trustee's <br />Sale was served upon Travis Wenzl; Present Occupant; by certified mail, return receipt <br />requested, postage prepaid and first class mail on November 13,2007. <br />
