The Petitioner shall also advise the Clerk of the District Court ofRall County, Nebraska in writing, of any change of employment, address or telephone number between the time of the entry of this Decree of Dissolution and the payment of the Judgment for Child Support entered herein in full. In addition, both parties are hereby required to keep the Clerk of the District Court informed of the name oftheir health insurance carriers, if any available through their place of employment, together with the number ofthe policy and the addresses at which claims under such policies are to be submitted. Each party shall comply with this requirement in regards to health insurance from the date of this Decree until such time as the payment of the judgement for child support entered herein is made in full. Failure to comply with this Order shall be punishable by contempt. 11. The children's personal property shall be quieted in the Respondent. 12. The parties will alternate years claiming the three (3) children for tax purposes beginning with the Respondent in 2004. The non-custodial parent may claim the children every other year beginning in 2005 only if said party is current in child support payments. 13. Each party shall pay their own attorney's fees and costs. 14. The guardian ad litem fees, payable to Angie DeNeui, in the amount of $1 ,350. 00 are taxed to the Respondent. 15. This Decree will become final thirty (30) days from the date hereof or upon the death of either of the parties hereto, except for purposes of appeal provided that the parties are not free to rema!fY for a period of six months from the date hereof; and provided further, that health insurance policies maintained by either spouse may be continued for the other spouse for six (6) months from the date hereof 16.
