The Petitioner was present in Court, <br />represented by her attorney, Ryan Gilbride, and the Respondent was present in Court and <br />represented by his attorney, Lisa Anderson. Evidence was taken and the Court being fully advised <br />in the premises, FINDS, ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES as follows: <br />1. That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and that reconciliation attempts <br />have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />3. That the Property Settlement Agreement as filed with the Court is hereby approved by <br />the Court and incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as if it were set out <br />in full. That each of the parties is hereby Ordered to comply with the tenns of the Property <br />Settlement Agreement. <br />4. The Real Estate located at 554 East 19th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska is quieted in <br />the Respondent. The property is valued at $52,000 and the first mortgage is $23,000 leaving a net <br />equity of$29,000. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Petitioner $14,500 represent one-half the <br />equity in the real estate. <br />5. The Respondent shall assume the second mortgage on the real estate, holding the <br />Petitioner hannless, in the amount of $10,000. <br />6. Custody of the parties' minor children, Zackery James Shultz (DOB: 6/8/92), Amy Marie <br />Shultz (DOB: 11/13/94) and Jaiden Gail Shultz (DOB: 12/2/97) is hereby placed with the <br />Respondent, subject to reasonable visitation with the Petitioner including every other weekend <br />beginning at 10:00 am Saturday to 7:00 pm Sunday.
